My teenagers and husband (along with two puppies) are going boating today. So many say, “why aren’t you going as well?” “That sounds like so much fun!”

Yes, it does. But you know what else sounds like fun? Gardening, doing a dump run, mowing the lawn and maybe doing some editing for my next contest I’m entering. Yes, actually the later sounds more fun than sitting on a boat.

Because everyone has different ideas of fun, why judge what someone else wants to do to spend their day? I’m very much looking forward to doing some chores, playing in the garden under the suns rays and then plopping in my new swing in my garden to edit.
